UP DOWN COUNTER

This device is quite versatile. It can be adjusted for strobing from 2 to 10 lights. It can be used to simulate wings flapping, bells ringing, snowmen dancing... It uses a 555 timer circuit to adjust the speed and solid state relays or triacs which turn on and off the lights.
