SCHEMATIC FIXES
|
To enhance the function of the Ramsey FM10-A transmitter, we replaced the components in the curcled area with precision parts and enclosed the circuit board in a shielded box. We also keep it in a place that has a stable temperature and humidity since both seem to cause the frequency to drift. You can place the whole assembly in a styrofoam cooler to help keep the conditions stable. I also removed the crystal which fixed the problem with variations from car to car.
