This is FROSTY !

In 1994, a three year old asked me to make Frosty the Snowman "Dance".   The video shows Frosty standing there when a wind comes up and blows the Magicians Magic Hat onto his head.  All of a sudden, Frosty comes to life and within minutes he goes marching off.  Quite a task !   Why can't kids be happy with a plastic snowman on the lawn?  After about three months of thinking about it, I realized this was too much for one person to do so I brought in the experts.  C. W. and Jim Smith.   Realizing that I was not going to let them alone until they helped, they started to put together some ideas.  At the time I did not have a computer to run the display so we relied on good old electronics.
